Interested in trying out paddling in a Dragon Boat? Come along to our open day on Sunday 6 April from 11am to 1pm. and have a short taster session.
You'll need to book a free ticket on Eventbrite to ensure you get a seat in the boat. After an introduction to the team, and a health and safety briefing, you'll be kitted out with a buoyancy aid and get a chance to try out paddling for about 20 minutes. There will be plenty of experienced paddlers on board to help out and afterwards you can chat and find more about our lovely team!
If you love it, which we really hope you will, you can attend two more full length taster sessions before deciding if you'd like to join the team.
